I too ordered this when it stated that it was a "set" and I too only initially received the pepper mill. However my subsequent experience seems to have been exceptionally positive compared to that of other people. I contacted Amazon support when I noticed the missing item. They told me to keep the pepper mill I had already received and they would send a whole new set as well. I was overwhelmed. When the replacement arrived it too was a pepper mill only. I contacted Amazon support again and they offered that I keep both items and they would also refund half of the cost I had paid for the set, given the missing salt mill. I don't understand all the negative reviews here. When you have world-class support from Amazon, you can have confidence that any negative experience can be turned into a positive one. Logistical errors can happen to any company, its the handling of those errors when they do occur that set Amazon apart as a true leader! I had intended the set as a gift but was able to gift the pepper mill and use the part refund for another gift for that person, and I got a lovely new pepper mill for free for myself which I love! What more can one ask for?
