A form of exercising your muscles.

These resistance bands were exactly what I wanted. I order them for a dual purpose. Ofcourse to use as actual resistance bands to work out with. I find them great to use while I am stuck at my desk all day. I put them around my ankles and do leg lifts. I do a few repetitions pulling my leg to the side and then to the back. I can feel it in my upper legs the next day so I know it works. Also I saw something that looks very similar to these and it was used as a towel holders at the beach. Basically you put it around the towel and it holds it on so the wind wont blow it. For a very reasonable cost these can be yours. They are very portable so you could bring them along practically anywhere.

Easy to use and provided a great workout routine during quarantine. Go on internet and find a hundred uses and ways to isolate muscle groups and get a decent work out. love that you can use them anywhere
